The Board of Directors of the McCurtain County Free Fair is proud to present the 2010 Official Web Site
of the McCurtain County Free Fair & Yearly Events. We present the 2010 Family Events for your
enjoyment and entertainment.
We are appreciative of each committee that puts forth hard work and honest effort to make all of our
Events Great. We are proud of the cooperation and support which we have received from the County
Commissioners and wish to assure them that we will do our utmost to merit such support.
The Fair Board & Committees have been working hard to bring the Annual Free Fair and the talents of
McCurtain County's young people into the lime light, fine-tuning programs, creating opportunities for our
participants. Another goal is making the Free Fair a friendly and inviting atmosphere, one which is safe
and clean; making it an event to educate about hard work, perseverance and production agriculture.

The McCurtain County Board is in the process of constructing a climate controlled multi-purpose events building at the
site of the grandstand pavilion. While funding has been provided for the initial construction from state and local
government bodies, we are currently in the process of collecting private funds to complete interior work on the
building. Those who wish to make a donation to the project should consider purchasing a commemorative brick that will
be installed in the new building to serve as a permanent remind of the givers generosity. Bricks can be purchased for
the following amounts:
4"x 8" $ 100.00 12" x 12" $ 500.00

| 2010 Cattle Weigh In Monday, May 10th Cattle should arrive between 9 am and 11 am at the Sale Barn (Steers, and Pen of Three are required to be there) 2010 Cattle Weigh In Letter 2010 Livestock Entry Form All Cattle (Steers, Heifers, Bulls, Pen of Three) Entries due May 10, 2010 All Swine, Sheep and Goat entries are due July 1, 2010 and may be mailed to OSU Extension Center 108- B North Central Idabel OK 74745 |
| All Poultry to be exhibited at the 2010 McCurtain County Free Fair shall go through a pre-entry process as follows. All poultry will be brought to the fair grounds on Saturday August 14, 2010 8:00am till Noon, and tested for Pullorum/Thyphoid and banded and negative Pullorum/Thyphoid test. Testing will be free an will replace the required testing on the day of entry at the fair. Please refer to Poultry Department Rules: General Rules 1 thru 4 |
