Annual Memorial Day Weekend Rodeo: May 21 - 23, 2009
The Annual McCurtain County Memorial Day Rodeo will be on May 21 - 23, 2009 at the
McCurtain County Rodeo Grounds in Idabel, OK. It is located across the street from the Fair
Grounds. Go to the Map & Directions Page for more details.
This years' Stock Contractor will again be, Mr. Gerald Smith. Each year his stock gives a
world-class performance and make the whole rodeo an exciting event for all spectators.

This years' Rodeo will have many different events such as Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc
Riding, Steer Wrestling, Barrel Racing, Jr. Barrel Racing, Calf Tying, Team Roping & Bull
Riding! Additional events will be a Goat Wrestling for Kids, a Dress-Up Rodeo Clown Contest
for kids and a Crowd-Friendly Clown to entertain everyone!
This years' Rodeo Royalty Contest will be organized by Mrs. Lacie Tomlinson of Garvin. All
contestants will receive prizes for all their hard efforts on the fundraising events. All interested
